Searching for your property

Movemallorca work with estate agents and developers to prepare a portfolio of properties that meet with your requirements. The portfolio will be sent to you for your perusal and decision on which properties you wish to view.

Movemallorca has an excellent relationship with developers, estate agents and private owners of properties on the island, often many of these are exclusively for sale through our company and not on the market with any others.

Client Registration

When you register as a client with MoveMallorca we begin to act on your behalf, by being your sole point of contact, instead of having many different agents asking you to repeat your needs. We will be saving you time, stress and needless contact with different companies.

Unlike other property search companies we do not charge for this service. We only ask that we do the searching for you and that Movemallorca register you as a client with other estate agents and developers.

We work in partnership with estate agents and developers who are keen to be of assistance because they know that we have highly qualified clients searching for their perfect property.

Viewings

MoveMallorca will organise all viewings of properties on the clients short list. We will be by your side on every viewing and will be able to answer any questions you may have at this stage. We can then update your requirements if needed. We are happy to meet you at the airport/port or collect you from your lodgings or hotel on the island.

The Valuation of your Property

As qualified property valuers, MoveMallorca will value your property taking into consideration all aspects of the market on the island and in your specific area.

Arrangements for Selling

We will meet with you to discuss your requirements for viewings and access to the property you are selling. All of our purchasers will have been vetted financially and be serious buyers. We have access to a large buyer database due to our network of estate agents and developers. A contract for the sale of your property will be made between yourself and MoveMallorca giving us permission to sell your property.

Feedback of information

We will give you feedback from potential purchasers after the viewing has taken place.

Costs of Selling

Our standard sale fee is 5% (of purchase price) plus I.V.A. For this fee we will market your property through newspapers, websites, our own large network of clients and agents with client databases. MoveMallorca will have vetted the buyers financially before they view your property so you and we know they are serious buyers.
